Shipping Policy

1 Shipping Coverage

  • The aalkemy ships products to customer-specified delivery addresses within serviceable locations.
  • Serviceability of delivery locations is subject to the availability of courier partners.
  • Customers are advised to confirm delivery availability for their pincode before placing an order.

2 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, except within the location of Kerala, are calculated based on the
    delivery location and order weight, and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable are non-refundable unless the replacement is aalkemyinitiated
    due to transit damage (refer to Section 2.6).
  • For replacement orders approved under the replacement policy, all courier charges shall
    be borne by the aalkemy.

3 Order Dispatch and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days of payment confirmation, subject to
    product availability.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on delivery
    location and courier partner performance.
  • The aalkemy does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly committed
    in writing.

4 Delivery Procedure

The aalkemy’s courier partners follow the below delivery procedure:

  • The courier personnel will deliver the product to the customer’s registered premises as
    provided at the time of order.
  • Upon acceptance of the delivery, the customer must sign the delivery receipt or provide
    the One-Time Password (OTP) as confirmation of receipt.

5 Customer Responsibility upon Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package for any visible external damage before
    accepting delivery.
  • If damage is visible at the time of delivery, the customer should record the details on the
    delivery receipt and photograph the package immediately.
  • Acceptance of the delivery without recording the damage on the delivery receipt may
    impact the validity of any subsequent replacement claim.

6 Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • The aalkemy shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters,
    government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • In the event of a significant shipping delay, the aalkemy will make reasonable efforts to
    notify the customer.
  • Customers can track their order using the tracking details shared by the aalkemy upon
    dispatch.

7 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to the customer being unavailable, the
    courier partner may attempt re-delivery or hold the shipment at a local facility.
  • The aalkemy is not responsible for additional costs arising from multiple failed delivery
    attempts due to the customer’s unavailability.
  • If the shipment is returned to the aalkemy due to non-delivery, the customer may be
    required to bear re-shipping charges.
