4 Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment
gateway. - The aalkemy accepts payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other
methods supported by Razorpay. - Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. In the event of a
payment failure, the order will not be processed. - Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed and collected separately at checkout.
5 Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- The aalkemy reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion, including in
cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock. - Customers will be notified of any order cancellation via registered email or phone number.
6 Limitation of Liability
- The aalkemy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
arising from the use or misuse of the purchased product. - The aalkemy’s maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the invoice value of the
product purchased. - The aalkemy is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from customer
mishandling of the product after delivery.
7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the aalkemy’s registered place of business. - The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through mutual negotiation before
resorting to legal proceedings.

notice. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
